1. Acceptance of terms

By using Mispaid (mispaid.com), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What we do

Mispaid analyzes paystub and payroll data you connect to estimate whether you may have been underpaid under the Fair Labor Standards Act or similar laws. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Estimates are informational only.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees are disclosed at checkout and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. No legal advice

Mispaid does not represent you, file claims on your behalf, or guarantee any recovery. Consult a licensed attorney before taking legal action.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mispaid is provided “as is” without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
